1) I see your hotel has a history of bed bugs. When was the last occurrence and has this problem been resolved ? 2) My husband has several appointments at Hershey Medical Center on March 20th. Are we eligible for a discount, have shuttle service

Never seen a bed bug the place has been very clean each time I have stayed. Shuttle service is available. .

I didn't see any bed bugs, nor any other kind of bug. The hotel looks very nice, relatively new looking. In my opinion, it looked very clean. I would stay there again.

We've stayed here several times for Hershey visits. Never saw or experienced bed bugs. You have to let them know you're staying for medical reasons & yes they have a free shuttle to Hershey Med.
