Lived here for several months when we moved back to Hershey before we found a house. The apartment was good for our family, rent was reasonable. It's nice they offered shorter terms than just 1 year, since we were going to purchase a house, but hadn't found one yet. Pet policy is generous. Staff was always friendly. It was a good place to live for the 4 months we were here.

I previously left a comment suggesting they were not willing to work with me regarding a musty, smelly carpet (wasn't changed before my moving in). They saw my review and immediately responded. That being said, the rent in the apartment complex continues to go up, out-pricing many local homes for rent. But the neighborhood is quaint, the pool is great, and the location to the med center is unbeatable.

Nice, quiet place to live. Neighbors are very nice and office staff is responsive + very helpful. Kids are always out and about after work, creating a nice environment. Also really close to the medical center where I work (~7 minutes by drive), so very convenient. Wouldn't change where I live!

At first, I really loved my apartment but the price hikes in rent kept going up. I lived there for 4 years and I started looking around and found that it would be cheaper for me to own my own home than to continue to pay rent here. They also would never explain why they would hike up the rent. They really need to reconsider rent hikes for their longer term tenants. The other renters are very friendly and I liked the neighborhood atmosphere for the most part. There were occassional passive aggressive complaints against me or my neighbors and never a conversation about it prior. I liked the common areas behind the houses and would use them to play fetch with my dog and the occasional party thrown at the leasing office was okay. I really liked that they are the voting location. It made not forgetting to vote really easy. That, some of my neighbors, and my view are the only things I'm definitely going to miss.
