Did not stay here. I worked here for two days and immediately realized I made a huge mistake. Wasn’t even paid for it. Employees are rude, genuinely don’t care if your room is clean, they don’t even completely change the bed sheets if a bed doesn’t look “slept in”. Gross. Don’t stay here and even more importantly, don’t work here.

There were several issues with the room that detracted from a comfortable stay. These included a broken bed, burned out light bulbs, noisy climate control and weak water pressure. No restaurants within walking distance.

This had to be one of the best hotels I've stayed at so far! Positives: extremely clean, quiet, very comfortable bed (king suite), great size room, large crystal clear flat screen TV, wonderful and friendly front desk staff, all for a very reasonable price!! The only negative, which is one of my pet peeves, is that the shower water pressure was awful, but then again, I've yet to stay at any hotel so far where the shower pressure was good... great job to Comfort Suites for meeting 95% of my requirements! That's not an easy accomplishment...

We have stayed in this hotel everytime we've come to Hershey. Usually we are very happy, but this time was very different. The room was fairly clean, but had a broken toilet. The room we were moved to was extremely hot even with the air on and this was in February so it wasn't like it was hot outside. Overall it was ok, but disappointing compared to previous visits.
