Nice clean store , friendly and helpful staff.Locally owned. ADA Compliant. Only complaint very limited tool selection. Things have gone to hell since Stanley Corp took over the Craftsman brand. Craftsman tool warranties are not like the good ole days, when a Craftsman tool failed it was replaced no ?'s asked. No matter how old! 🌴🐒🐾🐯😷🕇👣🏈49'ers

I bought a Husquvarna lawn mower in 2020, it is an excellent machine AWD that cut my weeds down with no issues. Unfortunately the belt broke. I had purchased for over $150. A Master Protection Agreement because I was assured if anything happened I would get my lawn mower fixed or replaced for 5 years. I took my lawn mower up to Sears to get it fixed but they informed me that they no longer repair only replace. They also told me that they did not carry my Husquavarna lawn mower & the Craftmans on the showroom floor were not as powerful or of the quality that I had. They told me they were special ordering a comparable & powerful replacement. I had to wait 3 weeks & when it did come in I picked it up. It was a Senix that would not cut my weeds & it was flimsy compared to my original mower. I googled the model & it did not even come up. I returned it asap & asked for my Husquvarna back & was informed they sent it back. Then I asked for my money back. They said they would contact Sears & I also needed to call the Protection Agreement Dept. To cut a long story short they told me I'd be getting my mo ey back & they'd be sending me an email in 72 hours approving me. I never received that email so called the 800 number being told my claim was denied. I called the Sears store & the owner Sharee told me that because I refused the replacement I was getting nothing. I called Sears today & they have me speaking to 3 different operators & one hung up on me. They do not stand behind their promise of their protection agreement. I am out $700. for nothing & am being treated by Sears as a 2nd class citizen. Buyer Beware of this place.

Excellent people to do business with. Wish the rest of the Sears organization could be as easy to interact with. All of my future purchases with be directly with them, and not online.

There is usually only 1 person working, so they don't always answer. I have had better luck getting someone on the phone at the Clearlake store. 😊
