Friendly service, elevators seemed sketchy, breakfast was good, pool was closed, entrance was hard to find at first, had ducks you could feed, staff called immediately when we left something behind. Air conditioning is wall mounted couldnt change temp, ran all night noise kept me up.

Nice, comfortable stay, have stayed here many times over the years as we visit Hershey and area. Very friendly staff, always helpful, easy access to activities. Recommend for anyone traveling or visiting.

Convenient location. Great staff!!! Free breakfast! Clean! Pretty quiet (though depends on possible events, floor, and proximity to elevator). Only major downfall is there's not a microwave in the room, but there's one in the lobby

We stayed 2 nights in Hershey & 2 nights in Scranton. Both hotels were very nice. All the employees were friendly and the rooms were very nice. I liked the coffee and tea available all day in Hershey. The rooms in Scranton seemed nicer.
