This place is worth stopping in to. We ate here twice. We had dinner here after we left Hershey Park after the down pour of rain. We got hot cocoa with whipped cream. Yum so warming 😍 after being wet and cold from the rain. Then we had dinner the veal Parmesan. With spaghetti was Fantastic. The next morning we ate breakfast there. The ham steak and eggs where great and their coffee is also warming and good. The waitress where professional and did their jobs well. There are bathrooms available. This place is between Hershey's park campsite. And Hershey park. Well wroth the stop A+ experience twice over . 😀

This is a typical diner. Food was okay and our server was friendly. All of the food we had was bland. We ordered French onion soup. The soup had very little taste and the onions were still raw. The burger looked and tasted like it was a frozen patty.

The food was good, service was decent the waiter wasn't the most attentive but that's only minor. From order to table less then 10 minutes. Overall good experience. It did take a few minutes to get a table.

We were there a week ago. Staff had masks on over mouths, not noses. There is no social distancing when eating. At least when we were there, people were seated at tables and booths directly next to each other with no dividers or empty tables between.
Im gonna say yes, but deff call for Christmas hours. Cocoa diner is a 24 hr diner. Food is always delicious, fast service, all employees are super friendly and respectful. If you have never experienced a Diner, Cocoa Diner is a great place to start. My only complaint is the claw machine in the lobby. The claw is to way, way to loose. My grandkids love playing and could always count on a prize (after several trys). Not worth all the $'s anymore.
