I went to help a friend who had purchased a trailer from these folks. What awesome customer service, Pat Thompson went above and beyond the call of duty to help my friend who had to return his trailer he just bought because of a sudden and minor stroke before he could make the trip he was planning. The folks in their store were so kind to reimburse him for the supplies he purchased but never got to use. This Company is one of a kind and I hope people will see what big hearts they have and purchase an RV from them. You will not be sorry.

Such a family place. Mark and the rest of the team were such family people. Took my 5yo twins in with the family to look for our toy hauler,. Mark was straight forward, he didn't care if you bought with him, he cared that your interaction with him and the team was pleasant and that you left happy no matter. Would recommend shopping with him.

We Bought our new Mallard trailer from Patrick. Great guy very knowledgeable on the equipment. Helps to make sure your getting what your looking for and that it will work for your family. Advice on things you may not have thought of great experience. Matt did our walk through when we picked up our trailer. He took his time going over the trailer and it’s functions. Made sure that everything set great he reset the hitch to make sure it towed level for us himself. Would recommend Pat and Matt to anyone looking for a new trailer.
