I just signed up for the Black Card Membership and I absolutely love it so far. The employees are all very nice and they are all willing to help with anything that you may need help with. UPDATE: I have been using this gym long enough now to know that the employees are all rockstars! They are all so helpful and willing to help in any way they possibly can. They also make sure to help in a timely manner, in fact, I don't think I've ever waited more than 3 minutes for an employee to come assist me with whatever I've needed. I highly recommend this branch of Planet Fitness! :)

Quality of equipment and cleanliness of environment (generally) is all top notch. The consistency of the staff however is an area of improvement. ESP. in the areas of club rule enforcement when it comes to guests sanitizing machines and how equipment is operated. More so the former then the latter I've been observing since coming to this location for several years now. I've yet to see a staffer confront any singular patron about it, likely because they're afraid of losing business in an industry that like many others is struggling. There is more to your role in these facilities other then policing mask enforcement with your patrons and standing behind a desk all day, or emptying trash. Edit - After reading some of the more abhorrent reviews of this location I will be terminating my membership once I am done with my annual commitment and taking my business elsewhere. Edit 2 - After doing some extensive research cost versus benefit I will continue to keep my membership intact, for the time being, after my annual commitment period is up. Planet Fitness appears to have the death grip as far as pricing structure is concerned. That being said, the staff at this particular location needs a wakeup call as far as basic role clarity and job expectations in line with your club policies are concerned. And while I haven't experienced it myself, reading reviews of people that have been accosted by staff, in any capacity, either directly or indirectly is aggregiously unacceptable and should be /highly/scrutinized by the management of this location.

It's frustrating right now, April 2021. With about every other machine closed for social distancing, there are a lot of people competing to try and work out. Shortened hours on the weekends by closing at 7:00 p.m. is just making it worse. If that weren't bad enough, they're allowing people to work out with just a shield on and no mask. Their sign says MASKS are required, but no one is enforcing it.

i'm super new to going to the gym but this gym is very clean from what i've seen so far! staff are friendly and the equipment isn't run down and kept clean during covid which is appreciated. it hasn't been too busy which is also great, i'm liking it so far!

In person or mail in a certified letter. Planet Fitness is a garbage company and you should go with ANYONE else. The primary reason for this, is that you can only cancel your membership in person, or via mail(which is easier said than done). 2 thumbs down, 2 middle fingers up, and will forever demote this company.
They have cushioned exercise mats, but not true yoga mats. There is limited space available to use the mats as well.

What the cost to start up i know it says 10 bucks a month but that the start up or it more to start?

Of all the PF locations in the area, this one is the least busy, but it is typically busiest in the mornings before work 6:30-9am and in the evenings after work 5:30-9pm.
Call the gym is my advice, but I would say they would not operate that way.

No daycare. We actually changed from this Planet Fitness (which I liked) to Hawthorne Farm Athletic Club for that reason. Daycare.
