Robbie, the owner/operator is nothing more than a theif and a liar. Make sure you know exactly what the value of the item you are selling is worth. I caught him lying about what carat the gold was, what the weight was, and what the current spot value for gold was that day. There are many other shops that are better. I have gone into his shop several times over the past few years just to see if things have gotten better and it hasn't. My suggestion is to only go there if you absolutely have to. However, there is a "we buy gold" shop on every corner so the odds are that any one else will prove better than Robbie and his criminal behavior and actions.
