I went to this dispensary for the first time today. There was a lady named Kat or Cat that was my BUD TENDER. The customer service from her was so bad. She never smiled, she actually gave me a dirty look. I was taken back so much by this that I didn’t even make a purchase. No recommendations, I asked if they had a certain product and she said no and then said she wouldn’t be mad if I went somewhere else and told me about Harvest and their sales.

They took my expired ID on my first visit, but when I presented them with an updated ID tonight (official paper copy), they refused me. Apparently they just didn't want to serve me since it was close to closing, or maybe they just bend the rules when it's convenient for them. Would not recommend these folks. Prices are too high anyway for what you get.

I love this dispensary! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I have A LOT of allergies, and they have been so incredibly kind to check ingredient labels for me. Other than today (4/20) I’ve never had to wait to get brought back, and today took maybe 10 minutes. Shop is always cleaned and organized. What’s even better for me personally is that it’s right down the road from my work, so it’s location is incredibly convenient when I need to swing by.
