I was greeted by the receptionist who made me feel right at home as she took my initial information assuring me that their friendly staff would answer any questions I may have. I did not have to wait in line as there was only one other person in front of me. Then I was greeted with a welcome smile from Christian who was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly but most of all attentive to my specific situation and my needs. As a first time customer he made sure to invite me to join the app so I earn points as I continue to shop any of their locations, he understood my financial needs as well and made sure to present me with a less costly solution if I do chose. He even bantered with some regular clients to whom I was introduced. All in all I was most impressed and felt very at ease and at home. As I was parting, Christian made sure to ask me to fill out the survey and he did something no one else, in any line of business with whom I have dealt has done He used the words "I hope I have the pleasure of seeing you again." You will Christian you will. All in all I had a wonderful first time experience with this company and I look forward to being a long time and loyal customer. Thank you

I live in Northern AZ and make a point of stopping in at MUV whenever I get down to the Valley. They have a large selection and reasonable prices. The bud tenders are always friendly and helpful. I really like their new location, too.

We Absolutely love this location!! Have to give a Big Shout Out to All of the staff members especially the (Budtenders) they provides top-notch customer service every single time we visit the Cave Creek location! They are very knowledgeable, patience, helpful, and friendly. The prices are always right and the bud quality be on point every time! You can always find your Zen at the Cave Creek Zen Leaf location is highly recommended!!!!!

Very, very friendly people. The door man's chronic hat made my day! Kayla was super nice to me and made sure I got the right smoke for what I sought and with a little cbd for my pain and migraines. I really like the new store and the beautiful thing is you don't have to wait outside in the heat! Enough spaced that you aren't on top of each other. ATM charge is cheap compared to the other places too.
