Room was clean and pleasant but hotel is currently doing construction work. Entire second floor was overly humid and warm and had a terrible odor of paint and other various chemicals. Made it very difficult to relax and even sleep.

We checked in late Wednesday (5/29) night. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, friendly and informative. The breakfast is very good. Simple. Not at all fancy. The rooms are nice and clean. Young woman who checked us out was also very nice.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The pillows are too small, so we brought our own. The bed is super comfy and big! The complimentary breakfast was yummy. Overall we enjoyed our visit and will definitely return in the future.

An excellent mid/low range hotel. Friendly and happy staff. Easy check-in. Excellent breakfast selection, though some of the hot choices aren’t to my taste. They change daily but are some sort of egg, potato, and meat. Fun to make my own waffles. Rooms are clean, and daily housekeeping is efficient. It is a well maintained building and grounds. Shower fixtures are “interesting” in the way they work. Don’t hesitate to ask at the desk how to turn the bath into a shower. If you’re reading this, ask at Check-in. Located on a main thoroughfare, there are restaurants and convenience stores within pretty easy walking distance, and more within a couple minutes drive. A signaled crosswalk right out front is very helpful to cross E Florence. Air conditioning and heating is by individual wall mounted unit, somewhat noisy as always. The windows do open in case you need that.
