Bought a $3000 Kenmore refrigerator that went out 7 months after purchase. They refuse to replace and was told repairs will take 2 weeks. Recommend not buying home appliances from Lowe's. Update: lowered to one star after they want to come pick up the refrigerator and leave me without a refrigerator for some unknown period while they give me store credit then deliver then next refrigerator sometime in the future. DO NOT DEAL WITH A MANAGER NAMED JORGE CALL CORPRATE INSTEAD.

I wish I can give this store 0 stars. The amount of stress this store has created on my family is more than words can ever describe. We purchased our cabinets and granite in Sep of last year, 8 months later we have a ripped out kitchen, and still missing cabinets, and no granite. Why did they rip out my kitchen you ask? Because they thought they had everything they needed, but it turns out Susie (works in cabinets) didn’t order the right merchandise, all the merchandise, or the list goes on. Then has the audacity to tell me if I’m not satisfied, they can refund me! Refund me what?! They already ripped out my entire kitchen and hauled everything away, when they knew they didn’t have everything, but lied to me, and didn’t tell me till after the fact! We are a family of 5 including 3 small children, and going on 2 months with no functioning kitchen! And it might be another couple months until we get what we need. They took my money, my old kitchen, and I’m stuck having to deal with this mess! Unacceptable, and nobody is being held accountable for the actions taken!

Appliance center is the worst. Staff is unavailable for 75 mins. Then when finally it is my turn she takes someone else instead!!!! Didn’t know anything about the actual appliances. Went across the street to Home Depot and was waited on within 10 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable person, will have our new Washer and Dryer in 10 days. The experience was night and day between the two stores.

WOW!🏆 Great Christmas decorations and balloons!!!🎄🎁 This store has a lot to offer including cleaners, laundry supplies, and toilet tissue too. It is pretty quiet shopping in the store and staff was helpful and kind!😁 Great job Lowe's!👍👍👍👍
