Stayed here a few years ago and this is by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived at. They are very disorganized and can’t ever get anything done right the first time. And you better have at least 1.5 months rent saved if you plan on leaving cause they find everything and anything to charge you. One thing I’d like to add is that I know for a fact that they change the rugs when tenants move so why do they charge people if the rug has a few stains.

I have completed 2 leases here and I am about to renew again.I like that there are places like parks and the mall to walk to nearby with my kids. Its a great location. I think out of all the apartments I have leased , this one wins. Management and staff have always been very respectful and nice.They have no idea how much I appreciate that! Management has always been able to listen and work through any questions or concerns that I have expressed. With apartments, that doesn't usually happen, so I'm happy to stay. My family likes it here. People that live here are nice and I find they usually keep to themselves. Im not even gonna lie, when I had a situation with a neighbor management was very fast at stepping in accordingly.
