Snow Drops

A friend of mine used to live here so I thought I would try it out. Great movie rentals and a wonderful pool. The cooling system could use some work and I had a little Wi-Fi theft but wall to wall comfort and a great balcony! My neighbors weren’t the best but they were big fans of me! No ghouls or goblins in the closet and the employees are very friendly although security wise it could use some work. Pima community college is right there though so great for students! Can’t go wrong with HSL properties!!

I really liked the rooms , location and staff. Samar was great, while many properties have very rude leasing consultants, she was very professional. The residence is very nice, and you get a lot for the great price. I am looking forward to moving in. Samar not only convinced me but helped me apply, she made the process of moving much easier for me.

I had just moved in to these apartments a couple of days ago and I am nothing but grateful, pleased and IMPRESSED with how easy and professional the process was handled. I worked directly with Oscar, the property manager, and he is a ball of positive energy! He took me on a tour to see a couple of the apartments and went above and beyond to help me pick which one I wanted. He gave superior communication and customer service. I appreciate that even with how noticeably busy and fast paced he was working, he never made me feel as though I was less important. He is very attentive, calm and collected, and professional. I’m excited to have moved here!

Lived here for 4 years. Great location. Fairly quiet - police and fire trucks now and then. Management changed often but only disliked one of them. Maintenance was always quick and friendly. A dog park would be a great addition.
