I have lived here for 8 years! I absolutely love what CAM properties is doing with the place. There’s a new packing system that just works! We had many packages “lost” in the mail and this problem has since stopped. Many neighbors complain about the lockers but I love it! The office staff are always polite and offer snacks to my grandkids.

I loved this place when i first moved in, 2018. HSL had a great, friendly office staff with some I saw as friends. The new owners seem to have hired the least helpful and least friendly people in the world to staff the office. If I'm not being treated as an inconvenience I'm being ignored or actively lied to. They even denied my access to some mail I was never delivered. My mail. This place was nice. Now all the flowers are replaced with empty soil and dead plants. HSL cared about the appearance, at least, of the office. New owners seem to not care at all. EDIT: Now I've received a message my rent will be increasing by 300 dollars for another year's lease. AWESOME I COULDNT LOVE THIS PLACE MORE Edit: since their reply, the office now has flowers again....but I still have to move because a one bedroom apartment here is now over 1k a month. Enjoy, I guess.

HSL was the property management company prior to this new company that took over a couple weeks ago and they were absolutely horrible, Never fixed anything, allowed the apartments to become run down with no renovations, simply put they didn't care. So when this new company just took over i was hoping for a better experience.... It look's as though they are worse, which I didn't think was possible. I signed my new lease a month or so before this new company took over and was ready to spend another year in my apartment. The website is where i signed my new lease, and where i access the documents. So i received a call a week or so ago from the new company saying they didn't have my lease (which i already signed) I tried to access the website where it was stored and it was already taken over by the new company so I wasn't able to access it. They gave us no warning of this otherwise i would have logged in and printed my new lease easily. I spoke with someone named amber and informed her of this and she was completely unprofessional, and rude. She stated without an email they would not honor the lease i already signed! Totally unprofessional and i am very upset about this. For those of you reading this, stay away from here, live somewhere else that actually takes care of good paying tenants like me. I will be contacting corporate about this to hopefully get this resolved, very dissapointed ...

I can’t wait until my lease is up for this apartment complex. The parking is so horrible, there’s never any open spots anywhere near your apartment, and your assigned parking spot is completely across the complex. So I have to bring my 2 month old across the complex at 10’o clock at night when I get off work plus have to carry her in her car seat and whatever else i have to carry and they refuse to give me a closer parking spot. Also the oven has broken several times and they continue to replace parts but the oven doesn’t work completely right still. What usually takes a half hour to cook now takes an hour- hour and a half. Also the awning over the cars completely fell and we weren’t even notified.

The property is in a west facing slope. This is probably why.
