Very hit and miss. Customer service is rare and lacking in facts. Very typical pet chain box store that obviously has no training for employees and spineless arrogant management that looks for self worth in title. They have the standard supply of small pets and a gluttonous supply of pet food options, pet toys, and things to manage pets. Do your research and education prior to arrival, buy you stuff and get out.

Great staff and fair prices on some items. Pet prices have certainly gone through the roof especially on birds. Great store and only reason its 4 out of 5 stars is this location is much smaller than other locations which means some of the regular items I search for sell out and are out of stock constantly here.

Wonderful Grooming Ladies. Welcoming staff. Super friendly. Not a 5 star rating cause it seams like every time we visit it the staff is still stocking shelves from the week before.. blocked ailes and un managed merchandising systems.

Excellent customer service. I was having difficulty finding what I was looking for. When I asked the man at the counter if they carried the item I wanted, he not only answered my question, he took me to the item and showed me the different options. I later had a couple other questions & he promptly helped me again. I felt like he really went above and beyond the typical help available these days in retail stores. I will definitely return to that location. Kyle is the name on my receipt so I assume that he is the gentleman that helped me.
