I’ve been here before and they were decent. But this last experience was not ok. I got acrylics 3 days later 4 nails lifted i called and scheduled an appointment to have them fixed for that following Friday, then more lifted. When I got them fixed they just drilled and put more acrylic on. And now they look horrible and are lifting again. I work in a dental office so I’m not doing crazy things. I’m just not happy at all.

I've had a hard time finding a good place to go around the Everett area. I have finally found where I'll need going from now on too hey pedicures. This plane is wonderful. I had a great time here everyone was nice and friendly my pedicure turned out great. I will definitely be going back.

I have been coming in every 3 weeks for a little over a year now. At each visit the staff has been friendly, personable and accommodating whether I knew which colors I wanted coming in, or I needed to peruse the options. I am always especially pleased when I'm sat with Snow, she is so sweet and leaves my nails shaped to absolute perfection every time! This is a busy salon, so make an appointment and then also be a reasonably kind and understanding human. They do an excellent job of balancing efficiency with customer service, of course there are bound to be delays from time to time when you are in high demand. This is all around by far my favorite salon- they provide quality work with a warm welcome and beautiful, clean environment. Thanks ladies, see you in a couple weeks!

I came here based on the high reviews and booked an appointment online for that day. My appointment was accepted and confirmed, so I came in. Immediately they looked surprised at my arrival and were unprepared to take me for my appointment. I was sent to a station, then after ten minutes of being ignored, I was told to go sit elsewhere. The technician doing my nails clearly looked unhappy and kept getting up in the middle of my whole session, answering the phone, checking customers out, and doing everything else except tending to my nails. I’ve had my nails done before and I immediately knew she was doing a sloppy job. She didn’t trim my nails down so here I am, one week later, and my natural nails are grown out and long underneath my acrylics and it looks horrendous. The top coat of my polish never cured correctly so it looks weird and webby. She also did not properly trim my cuticles. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve felt weirdly violated and disturbed by my experience here and I don’t recommend anyone come here. PS - the owner replies and says to contact them but nothing ever gets resolved and they deny and invalidate your experience.
