This is and always has been one of our regular go to's. I'm glad they've got some great servers and bartenders there now, and I hope they stay. The food is always delicious and the service typically very good. They recently had some updates to their menu, which to my delight, they brought back the fried mushrooms! Thank you!! I do wish sometimes that they would utilize the wonderful space they have and have some weekend entertainment like they used to. We will continue to give our business to Hawkeyes! :)

Good choice for a quick bite to eat in Lake Stevens area - menu is good, service is VERY fine, food is much better than many other area choices - prices are VERY good. Daily specials are added value. Easy access from US9 and Vernon Rd with ample parking make this a preferred destination when in the area. Rosa soups are REALLY fine - current fresh made soup is posted at entry. We try every one and so far all are quite nice.
