Positive: The girls at the front desk were WONDERFUL and very knowledgeable and most of all very helpful. Girls in housekeeping were also really nice and Griselda was EXCELLENT.....keeping the breakfast hot and well supplied. Negative: Upon departure I wanted to fax some papers but the desk clerk told me that their machine only did scans and I'm guessing that she was a new employee and she hadn't been trained yet. She was very nice either way.

First, I want apologize for my clumsiness spilling my coffee on our first morning, my family and I, all have been under a lot of stress with our AC broking down in our apartment. But y'all were the most kindest staff, God Bless you all. Very comfy stay I'm glad we stayed. Awesome hot breakfast, great variety, and filling. Very clean room and bathroom. Great lighting in room, not too dark or bright just right. We felt very secure and safe that's a big plus, because we're three girls (mom and two daughters) and a dad; and he has to work in the early morning. Our son was across from us I was happy for that. Only one or four things to improve on are more towels, toilet paper, toilet is bit low and loose, also tub is bit slippery. But overall Country Inn still gets an "A+"!. We're happy we pick Country Inn. Thanks Guys and Gals you're all the BEST!!!

I was impressed with the rooms size. I mean full living room area, then separate king sized bedroom. It's a well kept property... I'd talk to the corporate designers as I think Colorado rustic is a bit much for dusty Tucson. Staff was pleasent although the front desk agent gave me attitude as if I took her away from the all too important water cooler gossip to ask for a face mask. But overall it was a nice hotel. The sonesta down the street is better if decor matters to you.

The staff at this property are the kind that make me want to come back. The front desk was amazing from check in to check out..... very clean and comfortable. The furniture was a little dated in my room, can't speak to others, haha. Food was decent (hot) and the available hours were good for biz/families. Anyways the staff were/are AWESOME, I can't say enough... could use a new soap in bathroom though. Just saying:)
