A great hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and very well appointed. Location is great in the middle of town. We enjoyed swimming laps in the pool. We will return to this hotel for another weekend getaway.

I did a little staycation for 4th of July and was quite pleased. I hadn't been since last year, and they have made SO many improvements. Rooms were extremely clean, brand new wallpaper, fresh paint, super clean carpets. I had a great room with a view of the mountains and could see the fireworks! As always, Pierre, the General Mgr was so pleasant and accommodating. Great place to stay if you're in Tucson. It's close to EVERYTHING!

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! I loved our room and the restaurant "The Glowbal". We ordered various things and loved it all. I wish the pool was open later but we enjoyed it and the jacuzzi aka whirlpool, as they label it.

Not a great experience. Do not recommend. Short staffed! Had to “schedule” housekeeping and they still never came. Asked for Kleenex 3 days in a row (never got it). No towels at the pool. Hot tub has stuff floating in it. The upcharged/included breakfast was pre-made & very limited. Not worth the price. Do not stay here until they have had some time to fix their shortcomings. Did not feel like a Sheraton. MUCH better hotels nearby for the same price.
