I requested the 3rd floor and the front desk gal said it would have to be cooled down. That was fine. Nothing fancy, but safe, quiet and comfy bed, thats all I need whrn traveling. TV had no signal, so I watched Netflix on my laptop.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great as well as the hot breakfast. The hallways had the smell of "maryjane".... That doesn't mean there is a problem, but not the stigma you want when the kids are with you.

Booked a King. Given 2 queens that reeked of vape menthol. When we went back out to get our King room, the clerk said we were upgraded to 2 queens. Not an upgrade. We insisted on the King we booked and were told they overbooked and had none. We asked for a refund since we were planning to leave and stay somewhere else and all of a sudden they had a King room available. Awful hotel. Terrible service.

Positive: Great staff. Great location. Clean. Highly recommend. Negative: Prior guest blocked the bathroom sink with rice. Informed front desk sink was not draining. They left a snarky note not to put rice down the sink. I had no rice ¿¿
