Went to pay my visa 7/8/22 at 5:05 pm in the drive through and wanted to know my balance on my line of credit. Well I fill out my paper to pay my visa and send it in. She doesn’t say a word to me.. sends me my receipt. I ask for a balance and before I finish she says it’s on the receipt and walks away… obviously my line of credit balance won’t be on there.. I never write reviews and have never had an experience like this before. Every person in the 12 years I’ve been banking with RC has always at the very least greats with how are you? This blond girl must have had a bad day and made min bad as well. Rude rude rude. Maybe time to go to Fibre

I am incredibly disappointed with this branch!!! I stuck my card into machine to check my balance. It didnt even let me put my pin in. It just ate it and then the machine completly rebooted. Now I have to wait 10 days for my card to get delivered. I 100% regret trying to check my balance inquiry. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR ATMS or bank with this company. I usually hear good things about Red Canoe but this is on another level.i understand if I put in the wrong pin or had a negative balance that it would eat it but i am FAR from being in the negative and this faulty ATM didnt even let me put in my pin. Negative 10 stars for me👎

I stopped by this branch because it is close to my house. My new debit card wasn't working online or in the atm. The teller was friendly and try to help me the best she could then forwarded me to the waiting area for further assistance. I sat for a good 18 minutes watching staff walk around with 0-1 actual members being serviced. They made eye contact but didn't once ask if I was helped or what I needed addressed. I felt like my time wasn't valued at all. I left, drove out to the main branch, and within four mins of me hitting the door, the nice lady at the customer service desk fixed my card.

Hi, John! The hours listed on Google are correct - our 30th Ave Branch is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Hi Tammy! All new members must open a savings account with a minimum of $5.00, which serves as their "share" of the credit union. Checking accounts have no minimum balance requirements. Hope that helps!
Hi, Donna! All our branches will be open for their regular hours on December 26. We will be closing at 1:00 p.m. (PST) on Christmas Eve, and will be closed on Christmas.
