The staff are great! They definitely listen to what kind of job your looking for. They got me a job at a wonderful place.

Kim is seriously so nice and chill. Calmest and most laid back and inviting interview I think I've ever had. It's nice when you can laugh and be comfortable in the type of setting that's as nervewracking as a job interview. Thanks for meeting with me today, I'm looking forward to working with y'all.

Awful system. They are hiring people they know as favors and won’t even call me on jobs I’m qualified to do. I took a urine test and passed and they never contacted me after that. Julie is very rude and acts like she’s not interested in anything you have to say. I’m honestly disappointed in AWG and if any company is reading this, please, PLEASE, go through a different hiring agency. You’re losing hard, dedicated workers because of how judgmental they are. Thankfully I found a wonderful job that appreciates my hard work. Please don’t give them the time of day.👎🏼

Does American workforce discriminate against people with piercings, tattoos, and colored hair? There people too

American Workforce would not discriminate but you may come across employers that have requirements or special expectations of potential interviewers for hire to be role models or positive examples within the community or within the job. Of course everyone is human being but not every human portrays a positive, professional, clean, respectful & well manner for specific duties within a job description that have nothing to do with tattoos and piercing. At times it can be about presentation and how an individual carries himself on a day-to-day basis that can be demonstrated @ a job interview. Many of times, individuals may have to make accommodations or changes in order to obtain employment and others may not depending on the job description or type of job/work. When you work for a company or a business owner, you represent them. How are you going to come across to a "potential customer" or "potential" employer with our outer appearance? Pros & cons to take into serious consideration.
