American Workforce would not discriminate but you may come across employers that have requirements or special expectations of potential interviewers for hire to be role models or positive examples within the community or within the job. Of course everyone is human being but not every human portrays a positive, professional, clean, respectful & well manner for specific duties within a job description that have nothing to do with tattoos and piercing. At times it can be about presentation and how an individual carries himself on a day-to-day basis that can be demonstrated @ a job interview. Many of times, individuals may have to make accommodations or changes in order to obtain employment and others may not depending on the job description or type of job/work. When you work for a company or a business owner, you represent them. How are you going to come across to a "potential customer" or "potential" employer with our outer appearance? Pros & cons to take into serious consideration.

Nope not at all

No, I saw plenty of people go in with tattoos and all. The companies AWG works with might be discriminatory, and piercings are a hazard for many of their industrial jobs.
