I didn’t get to pick what veggies to put on my sandwich, you cannot see what they are adding to your order! No spinach, no sauce! Subway believe it or not is way better!

We ordered through the app. I was very disappointed because all of my families sandwiches were made wrong. My kids sandwiches had Dijon mustard when I asked for regular mustard. Their kids, they don't do spicy. I requested Dijon on mine with extra mayo and non was put on my sandwich at all. These were meals with drinks and the drinks were nothing but ice and very little soda. I have not dealt with Jimmy John's messing up orders and let alone this bad. I'm not if I want to order from there again. Especially if I'm paying a big amount.

They have a strict 5 mile rule they really enforce, as a customer 9 miles away I feel your pain. As a past business owner it is one of many wise decisions they have made.
