Walmart Vision & Glasses

Ive spent literal years now trying to get my prescription written down by walmart, but they wont give it to me without a doctor. Every time I try to make an appointment, there seems to be no doctors at all. I switched to a local eye care doctor and it took them 2 minutes over the phone and I havent even been on their patient list for more than a week.

1st appointment with eye doctor. The exam is reasonable compared to other places in town and the glass frames start at $9.00 on up!!! Can't beat that! (The general staff that works in Optical is rude, not courteous nor welcoming; based on my experience. You are pretty much ignored ...wow!) Whenever you want to make your appointment, you call the doctor's cell number, speak with dr. and make your eye exam appointment either in Longview or Vancouver. Keep in mind, No one greets or meets you so when you arrive for your appointment sit in the waiting area, grab a clipboard with the sheet of paper, fill it out then wait for the doctor. there is a reason why they have 2.7 stares. beware. pay a little more. and go somewhere else. the doctor and the staff need to find a different job maybe a mint mart that sells readers

Very poor service. The person doing the exam rushed and belittled me. But the worst part was that she measured my lens prescription incorrectly and my new glasses prescription is wrong so I'm having to have it redone buy different optometrist. I don't know her name but she was rude. I recommend either going somewhere else or having someone else at Walmart do your test. Two stars instead of one since the price was low (although it will end up costing me more since I need another appointment. While they would retest for free, with her unfriendly demeanor I prefer not to.)
