Had a bad experience with nails shops in Maricopa so came here I will attach pictures of what I wanted with the design and what I got she was nice gentle conversational and did a phenomenal job! I don’t mind waiting and it was definitely worth the 10-15 minute wait. Even if it would’ve been more I would’ve stayed because she had excellent customer service. Home girl really did her thing!! And the first place that doesn’t keep pushing you to get longer nails she took into consideration the job I have and offered to go shorter (this length) if I wanted to! Idk about y’all but there are very little nail shops that give to needs they do for the price thank you for such a great job I will definitely be back!

Amazing pedicure, relaxing ambience, enjoyed every part of the experience. Nora did an excellent massage. Would definitely recommend to others. My wife and I have found a new place to relax together.

Such a shame I have to write this review but unfortunately this business is probably ripping customers off. I paid $50 for a BASIC manicure/pedicure,. $60 with tip. That's insane. I've gotten my nails done in Beverly Hills and they don't even charge that much. I later realized they overcharged me based on their website prices. I repeatedly told them what I wanted but somehow made up a random price after I said I wanted a callus removal added. I thought it was ridiculous but figured OK maybe its just because I added an additional service. That's highway robbery and unfortunate because they actually did a great job. Definitely lost a weekly customer. If you go make sure you get up front and clear pricing because they are clearly fine taking advantage of people. I get times are hard but that's just bad business. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

UPDATE for 4/5/2019 Guess I just got lucky the first time with a good manicurist because the one I had today was terrible. My nails look like a child did them. I pointed out several mistakes so she filed some of nails to try and rectify two issues but it was a very sloppy job and in total I wound up with many nails that look terrible. (See photos). The polish was also disappointing because it’s transparent where you can see the nail underneath so it looks undone like it needed another coat. It didn’t apply well and just looks cheap. If the Polish is bad then they should get rid of it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was beginning to wonder if a good nail salon in Chandler actually existed after some of my experiences but I finally found "The One." We did not have appointments but were able to be seated and have our nails done right away. The staff is friendly and patient. I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure with two different technicians working on me. Both were meticulous and gentle. I have very thin cuticles and was worried when they clipped them but they were so good at their job that they managed to cut them without cutting me. No that's impressive. Both my pedicure and manicure came out beautifully and have lasted a week thus far with no signs of chipping or wear. They serve water but no other drinks. The massage chairs are comfortable and work well, and the nail technicians were great at putting on the flip flops without smudging our toenails. I have bunions so that's not easy to do. My mom was particularly impressed with her nail technician because she was very patient and gentle despite my mom laughing like a mad woman while having her feet worked on. The owner seems very nice and friendly and truly wants to ensure customers are happy. I'm moving out of the country soon but will definitely be back when I'm in town.
