Seats need to be updated, staff is oblivious and exterior(mainly parking and dining options nearby) are subpar, even for just a Harkins. Consistent rise in concessions and ticket costs are an annual problem it seems as well.

Please for the love god, have an usher in each theater through the whole movie to monitor people on their phones and having conversations. I waited two years for the release of Jurassic World. Rather than hearing dinosaurs going wild, I got to hear the conversation of the two bros behind me and the family to my left. Will be streaming or pirating movies at home until this is fixed. Edit: the email from customer service said there is nothing they can do to prevent guests from making noise and ruining the movie for others.

In the 10+ years I've been collecting movie posters I've NEVER had a staff member, let alone the alleged owned according to him be such a condescending 🍆 about saying no. Just say you don't have any, it's 2022 we all know theaters throw out old posters or give them to staff/people who ask nicely. No studios are genuinely fining theaters for not returning the paper poster they sent multiple extras of in case of damages etc. I know you won't, but do better. Thanks for reassuring me that I absolutely should continue never giving this chain my money.

Quite overpriced. I can go to a theater that has reclining seats and good food delivered to you for less. I do love their popcorn but, you can also get free powder flavors for free at other theaters.

From the way I see it online, if you're wanting to buy the ticket for someone you just put their email in so the receipt can be sent to them. But if you're talking about a giftcard honestly I had to Google Harkin gift card to pull it up on their website. There you can type in the shipping info, but I assume you can do a digital gift card and send it through an email.
First come first served. It's best to ask at the window how full the showing is.
Not usually
It is usually open half hour before the first movie time.
