Absolutely love this location! Everyone gets to know you and are always friendly. Of course they tell you their specials and offer you deals, but a simple "no thank you" and you're all set! I have been coming to palm Beach for 3 years now and this location for almost 2. ☺️

Be aware of what you sign. They will not refund, nor pause an account, even if you can’t use it. The customer service is terrible, the store employees, poorly educated; one told me that a spray tan would give me SUNBURN PROTECTION. It does not and if I’d believed her could’ve gotten me seriously burned. Not to mention I’m out 117.00 because I’m on vacation and can’t go into the store to cancel my membership.

***Update 4/5/21: sent email to below response on 3/26/21 and can you believe it? No response. Go figure, the owner sets the example for it's employees. Long story short, my girl paid for an upgrade and this place keeps giving her the run around. The employee that made the transaction has confirmed my girl paid but won't communicate with the manager and the manager won't contact the employee. My girl paid twice because of this since she's non confrontational and I get to hear about it every day so I'm making this review for her. Get your receipts when ever you pay for anything at this place because they take absolutely no initiative to have good customer service. They would rather assume you're a lying piece of sht.
