They "open" at 5 am, yet here I sit in the parking lot at 5:15 waiting for someone to remove the barriers from the drive thru. And now a lady comes out to say she's not opening until 6. Great way to run a business!! F for customer service!!

75% chance they screw up your order. Don't get coffee after 11am unless you like it 85% of the time, old and nasty. I refuse to support any McDonald's just because of this location. The teenagers are a dime a dozen so you will have to deal with that attitude. One coming in one going out. This location is always busy and that's a good problem.

The worst experience of my life, we order with Uber eats, asked 3 HOT Chocolates, and 3 pull apart donuts, we wait for an hour+ and get 3 liters of COKE soda and 3 other bakery pieces different from what we ordered, hence we have to walk back to the store at 11pm to demand an exchange or a refund (They close at 12am supposedly). We arrive to the place, we see bunch of employees inside and they say they are closed because they are understaffed. We brought our wrong order and the correct receipt and the person simply answers 'the coffee machine doesn't work, so we sent you coke instead', very surprised we ask for options and he says we should come back TOMORROW, and ask for a refund. Without a solution, we come back home with the wrong order, empty stomach, money spent and with the hope of being able to come back tomorrow for a refund. The person who opened the door just said "oh sorry for that, and closed the door", while we're screwed.

This location has drive through issues. Physically, it is not well planned and the turns are tight and difficult. The servers working the drive through were friendly at the money window but rude and inattentive at the food window. The fries were good, but lukewarm. The chicken sandwich was adequate. I guess I shouldn’t expect fine dining at a McDonalds.
