Manager customer resolution not great tonight. Been coming here for 24 years. Always good food and service, but not so much tonight. Arrived 8:45 pm. Asked to wait at speaker..ok..back couple minutes later. Ordered, pulled up, paid 15.76 with a 20 and penny so change would be a quarter. She asked if I wanted my change back. Huh? She said most people don't want loose change. Umm ok. Gave me my bag and asked me to park and wait for the mozzarella sticks and said she'd put all condiments in with that. Umm ok, even though I would have preferred them to keep food under heat lamp to keep warm while waiting for the rest. Brought my bag out and off we go. Get home and no sauces of any kind. No napkins either. Tried to call to let them know I was coming back but no answer. Got there. At speaker asked to wait again, this time almost 4 minutes. Asked for missing sauces and by that time food was stone cold. I was ok with microwaving everything but fry's as they don't taste great after, so asked if they would replace the 1 med. Fry. Was told manager said no. I ask to speak with her. Told her it was her mistake that had delayed our meal and resulted in cold food. (What's a Arby's without sauce!...just dry roast beef..). Okkk, she'd give us warm fry's. I even gave her original Fey's so she'd know we hadn't eaten any. (Was told to remove it from counter as it couldn't come back inside store) Gave me bag n off we went. Got home unloaded bags and found shed given us less than half a container of Fry's. Guess she thought that would teach us huh! I had paid full price as a side and considering the mistake, having to make a return trip and the cost of gas for that 8 mile round return trip I really didn't think replacing .60 cents worth of fresh Fry's was too much to ask.

If I could give it a zero I would. This is the worst Arby's I have ever been to. My name is indy's and I am a work traveler, I travel all over the world to try restaurants to see how good they are. This Arby's should be removed from society. This is the worst restaurant ever. the employees are rude and do not pay attention. I waited for 20 minutes and still, no one saw me. the employees were in the back eating the food and goofing around. The tables were sticky and not cleaned properly. the bathroom mouse droppings and hair all over. the garbage was overflowing and stunk. this establishment is horrible do not recommend going.

Third time in three tries I have come to eat and during the daytime well before 9pm the dining room is closed. Looking in the store, there is NOTHING amiss in the dinning room. There are at least 2 employees just Mulling around behind the counter, one red hat, the other no hat. Only 2 cars in the drive through. I'm on a ridged but not fixed budget. I choose carefully what I want to spend. I own a vehicle but with gas prices and that I am healthy enough despite being near 55, that I choose to bus and walk to the restaurant. 110° degree heat, I can't get a sandwich and soda and sit down to eat? Employees idle so no short handed excuse will work here. The AC units are bellowing in perfect humming order. I can feel cool air pushing out the seal of the door. Not the issue then. LAZY. 3 times in a month I have come. I would like to try the new burgers I see on TV. Not anymore. NO ARBY'S will be receiving my business after today. And they proudly display the managers name by that same main lobby entrance. I personally say it's high time that a scrapper is applied to that lettering. There is one woman there who has previously been spectacular (I will refrain from explaining why the rest of the crew has never impressed me, especially Ms. Sullivan) Unfortunately I do not know the woman's name, only that she is the only female AA employee I have seen there in my recent patronage when the dinning room was open. Come to think of it, I didn't see her at all the past 3 visits when the door is locked and I do stare long enough they know I'm there. And for you race baters out there, who might think otherwise, I am not an AA individual.

I love this Arby’s! It’s right around the corner from my house and the customer service is top shelf! 🥂 🍾 The restaurant is always kept clean and there’s no trash in the parking lot. Special thank you to my man Jacob Cunningham! We need more people that care about giving exceptional customer service like you!
