The photo quality is bad. If you have kids stay away from this location. They rush you. You have to direct your own pictures. Rude customer service. Always in a rush to sell and check you out as they have a 15 min window for each client session. Including the checkout in the 15 min. For the price you are better off paying a private photographer for the same money .

Our photographer was very young, probably just out of high school and was very slow!!!! We have a almost 4 year old, you have to move fast and be ready to snap pictures. She couldn’t even think of positions. I had to provide ideas, ask for props (even stools or chairs) AND get my kid to smile. She’s terrible with kids. Then we check out and only one picture had her looking at the camera and she wasn’t smiling!!! She’s too slow to hit the snap button. Awful. We got terrible pics and we usually come every year. Last year out background was too dark and we couldn’t even see our shirts. Im done. Waste of our money. This place needs someone with experience taking pictures of kids.

My complaints about this studio are too numerous to write about in detail. We have actually visited 4 separate occasions but the latest one this past weekend will be our last, this may be because the studio is now under different ownership. We were made to wait 50 minutes past our appointment time, all the while being told it should only be a few more minutes. We have 3 kids that needed to eat and something to drink having been there an hour more than we were expecting. This may be my fault for booking something near lunch time but excuse me for expecting a portrait studio to stick to their appointment schedule. The portraits themselves were poor quality, the photographer was not good with toddlers, and the pictures with the baby with literal tears running down his face will be a good reminder of what poor service we received at this latest visit.

Ok so I hate pictures, I can't stand when my wife wants to take more pictures when we literally just took some like 4 days before! She was saying stuff like well there was the fire that you accidentally started in the background in most of our pictures and there was more that had fire chief Everett in the background putting out the fire! Tell you what I'm never deep frying a turkey ever again! Especially near dry bushes, anyways the staff here was amazing and they worked great with my kids! Would always recommend the staff!
