The front desk staff and housekeeping was so amazing. My husband went to the bistro bar for breakfast and for dinner the time we stayed here and he was so happy with how good the food was and how amazing Sam and Jennifer were. They made our stay worthwhile. So we want to thank everyone who were here during our 2 day stay here. Brandon, Tiana, Cameron and the Maintenance crew as well.

My family and I had to find somewhere to go because the air conditioner died, it held on as long as it could 😊. We looked for something close to home that was affordable and convenient and we found the Fairfield Inn and Suites here in Chandler. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was just what we needed clean and cold. The complementary breakfast was right on time. I would come back here again to stay again. Well since you asked, 😊 "How about a free weekend stay?" Great for customer service and customer relations.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times and it’s “okay”. The rooms are clean if a bit worn, the lobby is open and pleasant, but the front desk staff is decidedly mediocre. There’s no warmth or desire to make a frequent business traveler feel welcome. It’s definitely not a bad place to stay, but I also wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here unless other options were booked.

Positive: Staff was super friendly and we were very comfortable leaving our puppy in our room. We knew that she would be safe. Negative: The entire experience was great and we will definitely stay there again.
