Beautiful hotel and perfect location. Unfortunately the staff is arrogant and unhelpful. Laundry fascilities are not available as advertised. Due to the fact that we booked our accommodation via Booking.com (three nights for crying out loud!), they straight out told me they cannot (or will not?) accommodate us regarding laundry. Swimming pool as advertised is not working (empty) and the gym also not working, BUT we had to pay the full fee! False advertising at its best. Will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

The staff especially Jennifer was amazingly friendly, helpful, and professional. This hotel is a must stay if in the area. The hotel was clean and the rooms were perfect. Thank you to the entire staff

I’m soooo upset to have to change this review from the five stars I had given it just one month ago to now the one star which I only give because it doesn’t allow for no stars… I had just checked out, loaded my things into the trunk of my rides vehicle when my phone notified me of a bank transaction. It was the hotel, from the car I called to ask what was going on, I was told they were charging my card $250 for smoking. Never in my life have I ever smoked. The front desk lady told me she would send proof in pictures. She told me that there was a lighter in the bathroom trash. Yes there absolutely was. When my ride arrived he was smoking when he walked from his car to the hotel entrance. He did not smoke the entire cigarette so he put it out and was holding it in this hand as he grabd a luggage cart and came up to my room. He tossed out the dead lighter in the bathroom trash as he entered my room he then placed his partly smoked cigarette down on the side table as he opened n drank a bottle of water then loaded my luggage onto the cart. He then picked back up his half smoked cigarette and we exited the hotel. When I explained this to the hotel front desk lady she said that all cigarettes, lighters, etc should be kept in one’s vehicle and that there is no reason to have those things inside the hotel at any time. She also says that anyone who smokes outside there hotel must “airout” their selves before entering the hotel.

Perfect for what we needed. Standard hotel breakfast. Their truck didn’t come, so the last two days we were there the choices were limited. The guest washer and dryer were broken, so that was disappointing. Obviously the hotel is older as you can see the wear and tear, but it’s very clean and the staff were super friendly. Location was perfect.
