Beautiful building and grounds but it's a shame the owner does not care about it nor his/her guests. The building is in much need of a renovation. The rooms are small, there is dust all over, outdated furniture, spider webs hung on the ceilings, all electrical outlets were faulty with only a few working, the room had a chemical smell that was overwhelming, floors outside the rooms are made of old wood that make shoes get stuck especially heels, no phones in the rooms so you can't call the front desk, no microwave, no pool, no sauna, no housekeeping-you have to go get your items at the front desk, we asked for housekeeping services four times & no one ever came. Our front door balcony, caught fire due to too many burnt cigarette buds in the flower pot, . I had to call the front desk on on my personal cell phone for help. Some kid came to put it out with a fire extinguisher. Smoke got into our room. No smoke detector obviously as it did not go off.The manager never came to apologize or offer another room. Staff at the front desk were not friendly and argumentative especially when we asked for housekeeping services. They stated we needed to give them 24 hour notice which is what we had done all along. Big fire hazard waiting to happen at this place. Also the building is non ADA compliant as there are no elevators, or ADA signs posted that are safe for physically challenged persons to pass through. I only gave them one star for the great service provided by Leonard &Daniel for breakfast. The owner needs to get his/her act together or the hotel will go down the drain. New & well trained staff should also be hired. Don't waste your money here!

Positive: The hotel was great. A little worn down but had everything I needed. I had a big comfortable room with a fireplace,free parking, full service dining and a bar with live entertainment. It was right near where I needed to be as well. I highly recommend it. Negative: The only negative I can think of is the exterior was a little run down. The rooms were great and I loved my stay.

Positive: Good area of town, nice restaurant with live music at dinner on site. Fireplace in the room was nice, Murphy bed for our kids was cool. Negative: The dust on the lamps were about an inch thick,there was mildew in the shower grout,&a shower head did not work. Wall heater not properly insulated in master bedroom;cool air coming right through, had to stuff towels around them. Furniture missing handles

We had a 1st floor king bed room. The room was tight. Outdated furniture. Bed was too soft for my liking. The most annoying part was the squeaking floor from the guests above us. Every movement from above was heard. Also, after skiing we like to relax and use the hot tub. All 3 hot tubs were closed for repair. Such a bummer!
