Half of the stuff in the rooms are broken. Bed is comfortable. Walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING! Carpet in the rooms are sticky and wet. The wet is from over exhausted AC units, but still, that shouldn't be acceptable.

Coming from the Albuquerque area, I called to make sure I can check in early. 11 - 11:30am The front desk said, "we will have a room available for you". I got there at 11:30am. I was told rooms were not available. My children and I ate lunch outside on the premises. I had an appointment at noon that I pushed out an hour. 12:30 I asked the front desk lady if we can check in. She replied," I have not gotten a report from my cleaning staff". 15 minutes later I asked if she has an update, I needed to figure out what to tell my appointment. She gave the same answer. I had to take my children to my appointment. Once it was over, we hung out in the lobby until 3pm. I was not able to see any customers. My day was over. The reason I stayed is to maximize my time to see customers. To top it off, there was a couple who arrived around 2:30pm that received a room before us. I will no longer stay at that hotel after that experience.

Made no effort to help with an early arrival. Did not even call up to see if room might be ready. I would have appreciated just a little effort. Manager walked by twice while I was speaking with clerk and didn’t even acknowledge me. Couch in room was stained and looked disgusting.

This is an older Hampton Inn. Was clean and the room was spacious. The breakfast lady was super awesome. She did a great job during the busy spring break week. If it wasn’t for her, I would have rated this hotel a solid 4.
