I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all we needed a reservation for 3 adults and 2 kids. When we got to the hotel they showed only 1 adult on the reservation. Then we were told that we couldn't have more then 4 people in one room. That would have been nice to have known before we made the reservation. The desk person basically told us we needed to book a second room or check out. We of course had no where else to go so we had to pay for a second room for 2 nights. For breakfast, you had to take the voucher to the front desk to even get a plate to eat off of. If you finished your plate and wanted more you had to put food on the dirty plate you just used. Isn't that against health and safety regulations. I had never been to a hotel where they kept the breakfast plates behind the front desk. They are usually sitting by the breakfast food so you could get a clean plate if you wanted more. The young man we dealt with during check in was rude. I would not stay here ever again.

Terrible experience. Heater broke in winter. Room was not clean. No refund. Will not stay at Quality Inn again. Arrived late at night. Room was gross. Stains and random gunk on door. Curtain didn't block light and gaps in door let in the cold. We were too tired and just decided to stay. Heater was screaming at us in the middle of the night because it broke. Front desk workers would not refund us because we didn't reach out at 2am when it broke. Decided to leave despite them not refunding two of our stays. We will never stay here again.

Same as most: rooms dated but clean, good breakfast. Personally Id rather spend my vacation funds on chile smothered dinners, wine tastings, and downtown shopping than pay $300+/nt for the latest pallette of bedspreads and drapes in a room where I sleep :) ... my only complaint was that it was mid May and the pool was filled to zero capacity.

Room smelled bad at beginning of stay and management would not let us switch. Shower head did not work. Room is old, dated and has carpet is dirty. Beds were terrible and housekeeping didnt come once during our 3 night stay to change sheets or towels. Had to ask front desk for clean towels. Would never stay here again and was not cheep
