I came into this location intending to buy a pre-workout to help with my midday slump. I complained to the associate (I did not grab their name) that I was tired after work and I just didn't have very much energy to workout. They showed me some all natural products made for women that seemed interesting. They started asking about my health habits and such and just as they were about to recommend a multivitamin in lieu of the pre-workout, they suggested going to see a doctor to get my blood tested for vitamin deficiencies as a pre-workout and a general multi vitamin would just disguise my symptoms. I ended up just purchasing an energy drink to help me through that day and I did what they suggested and went and saw my primary care physician. This was about 6 months ago and I am feeling much better! I have not purchased a pre-workout as my blood did show I was lacking a few major vitamins and had a hormone imbalance that attributed to problem. I appreciate this associate so much for not trying to sell me unnecessary items and encouraging me to seek professional help. I know this doesn't help GNC in any way except for the fact that they have gained a customer for all other health items I may need in the future.

Today, 4.1.2021 has to be the worst customer shopping experience I’ve ever encountered. Of course at the time of this writing Covid precautions have changed and may or may not have been required, however I was greeted by a man in workout attire, as if he was in on his off day. Not even 5min into the store and the manager starts interrogating about why I’m in the store and scrutinizing my previous experiences with supplemental products. I advised I came into the location to check out a very particular product line, instead of reassurance, I was turned around and advised of other products In the store followed by the constant requesting of starting a member account with GNC. I advised the store staff I’ve visited the branch very seldom, once more I was probed questions about spending time to read product health information. The “manager” if that indeed was leadership, then began to express that I made him uncomfortable and uneasy. I’ve dabbled in nutrition and did not need advice from the staff, this I believe infuriate the manager. The manager then began to instruct his associate to practice membership sales verbiage with me, since I was just wasting time in the store. I came in the store with intent to purchase many items from the product line I had interest in, but with this instance, I will never walk into another GNC location again.

Great manager, helped me out with my selection of supplements. Loved being able to talk and have a conversation about what i want, and my goals rather than being just sold something. Will be back again. ^,..,^

Asian male that works there "new manager" claims that he couldn't price match my protein from amazon. It was $26.07 on amazon and $29.99 at the store. Even though I've priced match multiple times at other locations.
