This place is always on point, and the employees all enjoy each other’s company. I’m here all the time, and can vouch that any haters are just mad that the employees called them on their toxic mistreatment of the staff. I’ve seen three people on separate occasions say the most horrible things to the crew that are unwarranted. Sure, some of the guys talk too much and need to get with the program, but they always get me my food and it’s good.

The manager was helping navigate using the Wendy's app. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. We purchased over $30.00 worth of food and all of it was fresh, hot and delicious. The dining area was clean. The restrooms were clean and fully stocked. It was a pleasant experience.

The food was good it wasn't overdone and the service was good the only thing that I had an issue with is I had to wait for my food whenever I got there and I ordered ahead only cuz I forgot to refresh the computer

I would rank this wendy's as good, but on a low bar the industry sets. Wendy's has the potential to be epic, if they could serve hot fresh food cooked properly. At this location about 10 years ago I had that experience with a baconator. The bacon was that nice crispy bacon, the burger was hot with melted cheese, the bun was perfect. I got hot crispy fries. . I live about 5 minutes away, but I was able to get into my house and chow down, and it was magical. I mean the way they run the place now, that will simply never happen, and you get hard chewy bacon that's been siting for hours on a burger that was cooked an hour ago, fries may or may not be hot. The drinks are terrible, cokes that don't taste like coke, taste like the plastic from the cups is leeching into the drinks and that the drinks are watered down. . That said I don't blame the employees. There are a lot of reasons for the decline of fast food quality.
