The food was okay but it took forever to get, everyone inside looked a little confused. Waited in the Drive-Thru for about 10 to 15 minutes, which is not considered fast food in that case. If I wanted to wait that long for my food I would have went in and sat down.

went through here doing rush hour so that could have a lot to do with the kind of service that I received after ordering from my phone and paying online I still had to go in the store and stand in line waited for about three orders to be called till finally I had to make sure that my order was actually being made to which I was told yes it was. I asked if I could wait outside and was told I should wait in line since my order was almost up. what was the point of letting me order my food for pickup if I had to go inside to pick it up? definitely feel as though my meal should have been given to me for free or even a free cone would have changed my rating, but because they were so busy there was no way that they gave a what about my order and my experience. idk should a restaurant be excused for shotty performance because they were busy ... don't stop here during work week rush hour.

The chicken sandwich is awful. Stick to Popeyes. Also beware! The app said u could get a free med coke and free med fries with purchase of a chix sand and while the app said my total was $4.33 my credit card was actually charged $8.67.

This McDonalds was very disappointing, very unkept, dirty tables, the employees looked dishelved. The MOD was on her cell clearly on a personal call . She noticed us and dropped her phone into a Happy Meal box. The bathroom was destroyed for lack of monitoring. The whole experience was bad. The only saving grace was our cashier who was just doing the best he could with what his manager gave him to work with. The other staff there looked like they needed to find new jobs before the Owner/Operator caught on to why a review like this had to be written. The pics actually do it credit as you cant see the dried up sauces and ketchup on the tables and other services. My pic of the soda area was too blurred. Like I said this McDonald's was just ATFU...I wanted to issue a GI party and revert to my military days in the barracks it was that bad!
