This store is really clean, even the bathrooms are spotless. You can always tell when the manager is there, things are open, work properly and the staff are nice. Sondra makes sure the food is fresh and what you ask for, things run smoothly payinging and having lunch out 0n time, and Im out the door smiling with everything I need to start the day.

I went through the drive through and waited in line while the cars in front of me finished ordering and proceeded to pull forward. When it was my turn to order and I pulled up, the lady said rudely that “It’s 1am we’re closed”. I advised that my phone said 12:39am and my car said 12:41am and that I just waited in line with 3 other cars that ordered. Her response “Nope it’s 1am and we’re closed.” Kinda funny but I was really hungry and looking forward to food and didn’t want her to do anything to the food so I stopped putting up a fight. Wendy’s should train these people how to read a clock and not to expect more than min wage with that attitude.

I never go to Wendy's but decided to treat my kids for breakfast. When I arrived the person on the window just said "hold on"with no greeting. Then when it was time for me to order she said "what do you want" she then proceeded to tell me that all of my food is going to take 10 minutes, which I'm totally fine with... But went on to tell me how they're short staffed, they only have three people and then asked me "do I still want my food?" Wendy's, I get it we are all short-staffed, we are all trying to rebuild from this pandemic... but work on your customer service skills, a little goes a long way!

Don't come here past 9pm if you want good customer service and good food. Not sure if it was the host Cyndell or the cashier Laquita but who ever was handing the food to us and dealing with the money was extremely rude, would not repeat our order back to us after multiple times of asking for her to repeat the order to make sure it was correct and when she did she gave us a rude response back and was only demanding the money after the several times we asked her to repeat the order. Wasn't even given napkins and straws for our food and drinks. Will not come here again and will go to a different location that has better customer service. The food tasted several hours old and nothing but grease like it was either sitting in a warmer if it was even on or microwaved for 10 seconds at the most. Was not even warm when we ate. Wasn't given any sort of an apology after the rude and poor customer service. Save your money and don't come here after 9 pm.
