I come to this restaurant every few months when I take my parents to their doctor appointments. I've never had a bad experience till today. I placed my order through drive thru, big breakfast combo w/ a coffee, #2 and #4. I was charged just an McDuffin sandwich, no meal even though I ordered it. Upon paying the girl did repeat my order well saying, egg McDuffin and sausage biscuit with egg MEALS. But that's not what I got. Finally the manager said that I have to pay attention to what they are repeating back to make sure the order was correct. When did it become OUR job to make sure THE WORKERS are doing their job? On top of that, I had to go back because they didn't give me the big breakfast meal. There's a lady there that's been there for years who is awesome and we feel she should become manager! I will still come here at times and hope they train their staff right.

Horrible management no one in the drive through and they still can’t make a simple 4pc happy meal. Literally sent me to the damn mobile order pick up to wait 10 minutes for a kids meal!! Horrible staff don’t ever come here and the one time I do I get stuck waiting for a kids meal…

They never listen. I come there because they're right around the corner but now I drive 3 miles out of my way to a restaurant that does what we ask... when a customer asks for extra crispy that means you drop the food you don't give them whatever's in the bin. I have come there 6 times asking for chicken nuggets extra crispy. and not one time have they been hot or cooked order as I asked. Won't come back.

I made a doordash order and they send me 4 big breakfast with no pancakes!!! Dasher told me people working there we're super rude and he walk out disgusting over the bad service they provide on this location I request a full refund
