I had asked for mind salsa two times drive thru put hot, I pulled up to go inside . Nataly was quick to ask how she can help, I asked for mild salsa and explained how they two times put hot salsa in my bag. No hesitation she grabbed me mild salsa . She than put her hands in my bag and started to grab hot salsa out of it and I told her do not put your hands in the bag as shes grabbing where the uncovered hash brown is. She explained her hands were clean to which I responded I do not know that, she dismissed me and threw the hot salsa back where employees grab salsa for other customers bags. I told nataly i can only assume shes running register CASH HANDLING because she greeted me and asked how can she help. Again dismissed me and said my hands are clean I wouldnt touch your food if they weren’t . Overall dissatisfied with her reaction and cleanliness.

I just paid for a large caramel iced coffee and the manager working on May 4th at night gave me a coffee with literally two inches from the top missing which is the same amount if not less than a medium. I cannot believe what I'm looking at right now. The manager with a straight face handed a customer a cup that is missing a third of the liquid in it. I thought it was a joke like I was on camera or something like I was being punked. This is not a legitimate business. Please do not support these people they do not care about you or me or the community or anybody else. This is the most poorly run McDonald's I've ever seen in my life

The food was cook to perfection or I must have been really hungry. The truth is the service is what won me over. Thec manager who was mildly rude when he brought our food out to the car with no ketchup and when we ask for some he snapped and stated did we not ask at the window. That deserve no response from me so I looked at him a second time ask if he could he please bring some ketchup for my hot fries and he did. When he return he was a totally different person and we certainly felt the positive energy flowing from him.

Fast & friendly service when I ordered ahead on the mobile app. This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been at. Hats off to the management team for doing a great job.
