I never review McDonald's because they're generally all The same level of mediocrity but this was one of the best McDonald's burgers I've ever had! It was fast friendly and delicious! Huge props to staff here.

Bad attitudes every time. Have to wait 5-10 minutes at the intercom every time. Cold fries every time & this time, cold fries with ✨a pinch of salt✨ Salt outside the fries box & inside the bag. There’s some bad service at some McDonald’s but this one, this one is horrible. It’s like you gotta keep your guard up when you pull into this one cause their attitudes is just bad.

My last experience to the store o. Southern and central was very horrible the line to order I stood In line for almost 45 mins then almost as long of a Waite to receive my order,there was a group of unruly youngsters also there where the disrupted the operations of the restorant and left a huge mess all over the dinning room I will NOT be returning to the central and southern STORE also those same kids stole the light off my bike wile waiting g for my order too

I go to this location a few times a month, usually middle of the day and the service is fast. However, the fries are NEVER fresh. They are hot but you can tell it's because they've been sitting under the heat lamp all morning, so they always come out soggy and burnt. Also, this location charges more for items than other South Phoenix locations. If you're going to charge more than you should definitely make it worth the price.
