I go there because by my work but they don't know how to fill up the fries all the way I've had this issue going on and on I end up with a half a thing of fries half the time last time the chicken nuggets taste like they were burned the people out the window the girls don't smile don't act like they want to doing extra like when you ask for eyes water and look at it like really arrived a jobby happy smile they have a good day they even called the boss because I'm tired of being treated like I'm an inconvenience sorry I made eyes water but you know it's for my grandkids also all the two for two spicy chickens sometimes it barely has any less of mayonnaise on it I'm talking a little to none and I've had to call a manager more than once about all this

This McDonald's is like the Cardinals of the McDonald's empire. Every time I order dinner for the family I keep telling myself this time will be different they'll get it right for sure but I always get let down. Just like the Cardinals. There to convenient to go to another location. Let's go team. Afternoon crew just got to say the morning crew is making you look bad.

Very poor customer service. Yes it’s across the street from Hurricane Harbor and people choose to wear scantly clad bathing suits but to tell a 10 yr old and 5 yr old they aren’t allowed inside to pick up an order placed in the app (with their mom) is a SUPER poor choice especially in this AZ heat. Sure did wait for the already paid order with the door wide open!

Was out grocery shopping and thought would stop by to pick something up quickly for lunch. I was so wrong. Went through drive thru and that was where I messed up. Place my order a couple times because they got it wrong while repeating it back to me. Somehow the screen was not showing my order either. When I pulled up to the first window to pay and started confirming my order it was yet wrong again. So I had to repeat my order again. Once I paid I asked for a receipt and confirmed it was finally correct. Pulled up to second window to pick up my food and u was quickly asked to park in front so someone could bring out my order. Sat there for 10 minutes and my food finally came out with no sauce for the nuggets. Started to drive away and notice my drinks were missing. Drove around and picked up the drink and when home. When I got home the kids meals for the kids where all messed up with missing items. I called the store to fix it and the person saying they were the manager kept on asking me to bring back what was messed up and they will replace it. I posed the question how would I bring it back when it was missing from the order. I asked for a refund for the missing item but got the same response.at the end they just hung up on me because I kept trying to make sense of what they were asking me.
