Restaurant with lots of potential! I ordered the Big Mac Value Meal from the kiosk. It was pretty simple and well laid out. My order was delivered by a friendly employee. I had to go to the Counter to ask for Ketchup, which was handed to me in a friendly manner. My meal was hot, fresh, and tasty! Their drink station is high tech with a touch screen. They had the typical soft drinks as other locations have. but you could add flavoring. They had flavors like Lemon, Raspberry, Cherry, and Vanilla. The lobby was in need of attention with very few clean tables. The dining room was not busy at the time I was there. I still would recommend this location to anyone who loves McDonald's and their food!

Waited 30+ minutes for a crew of more than five to prepare a hot n spicy. Manager tried to kick us out without giving us our food and was clearly discriminatory against people of the LGBTQ+ community (myself and my friend). Not even an apology or compensation for our wasted time. Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. Manager refused to give us her name but she definitely works in the PM so I would avoid this location if you can.

I had ordered an vanilla ice cream and paid for it. The people at the second window did not give me what I had ordered and paid for. I like fast food but getting someone's orders right, should take the time to make it right and make sure that I get my entire order. I am disappointed with this location.

Disgusting experience! I waited in the drive-thru line for 35 minutes because someone FELL ASLEEP behind the wheel in their car at the pick-up window and NO EMPLOYEES WERE DOING ANYTHING. Some customer got out of her car to WAKE UP THE MAN. There were a dozen cars behind me and the employees turned me away because their mobile pick-up order machine is down. This is not the first time weird stuff has happened at this location. Whoever is in charge of this location needs a serious wake up call! What the HECK is going on??? WAKE UP!
