They had my order ready, though I missed them call my name, and just left it sitting on the counter. Many employees looked at me sitting with no food and didn’t do anything. I would’ve thought nothing of it but a customer who ordered 10 min after was hand delivered his food, which made me think that my food was ready. I’d understand if the restaurant was packed, but it was not and they had employees just sitting around. This is a good restaurant and this review does not change my thoughts on the restaurant, I just wanted to bring to attention to the small lack of attentiveness. Everyone was friendly and the food was good.

Great food as always. Had two grand kids with us as they wanted to play on the playground after eating their meal. Problem, 4-5 kids way too big, way too old, incredible amount of horseplay and confusion between that age group bracket and the younger ones just trying to play. As reported to the 19? year old manager, they were climbing on the outside of the play gear, even sitting on top of it, when coming off of the outside of the gear, the lost 6-9' was a straight drop, they came dangerously close to landing on kids exiting the slide chute, then climbing backwards up in to the slide, blocking either in the middle of the slide or up at top, sitting on top of the slide exit with feet dangling, luckily missing kicking the heads of young ones who actually made it down and through the slide, yelling, in and out, in and out. Two groups of parents that these kids belonged to much too busy on their phones and/or computers. Had no clue to children's behavior. No supervision to this group at all. Reported to manager to handle it, not one person from the team even came close to the playground equipment. Sad to say, Chick-fil-A is afraid to enforce the rules, afraid of hurting someone's feelings, afraid of maybe losing that revenue, but glad to take my money.

I use to come to this location everyday after school when I was in high school. Now, when I’m visiting home from college I come here and it never fails that something goes wrong. My fries are always a fourth full, they always forget straws, if I place an online order they never get the sauces right or don’t put any at all. Missed drinks several times and I’m holding the drive thru up. This location has declined severely over the years and it’s sad.

They go above and beyond to serve with excellence. They also support local groups with fundraising and I love their generosity. Oh and I guess I'm addicted to the food too! Their salads are amazing and my kids love the kids meals with the books.
