Usually I don't have a problem, but today I went through the drive-thru at 5pm and when I got home my sandwich order was all wrong. I ordered and paid for a grilled chicken deluxe sandwich with extra pickles and cilantro dressing on the side. To my disappointment my sandwich had no cheese, no pickles, and no sauce packet. We all know the wait the drive thru can take, which is fine I know what I'm getting into when I drive in, but to get home and have half of the ingredients missing and left with a dry just chicken and l&t sandwich was really a let down. I'll probably just go to the bell rd location next time

Ordered dinner through app for drive through pick up. I didn’t receive my kale salad as ordered but this instead. I didn’t notice until I got home.

I walked over to this newly remodeled location while my Tesla was charging this morning to grab breakfast. I arrived shortly after 6:30 AM, and the drive-thru only had one car in it. I entered and one man was waiting for his order and a police officer was completing his order in front of me. After the police officer placed his order, the cashier walked away and I stood patiently waiting to place my order. Finally, a guy putting inventory away stopped to ask if I have been helped and took my order. I waited about 10 minutes to place my order, then waited another ten minutes before I just ran out of time and had to get to work. The police officer that ordered before me still didn't have his food and I had to get to work. It was almost 7 a.m., I asked for my refund and the young man behind the counter only refunded the amount without the drink in the combo. I thought this was pretty tacky. Seems like you guys spent a lot of money to remodel this location, then did not correctly staff it from what I can see on the latest reviews. Finally, when I walked out the drive-thru was now completely full and sitting still. No breakfast for me this morning.

CHICKEN SANDWICHES MADE SIMPLE AND GREAT This recently inaugurated Chick Fill-A location serves one of the best fast food joint's chicken sandwich that i've ever had (it competes with Raisin Canes) and i would recommend it with any doubt.
