Went in for a regular office visit a couple months ago when I was sick and left feeling very upset. Before I was taken into the room, the nurse or assistant had put me onto the scale for my weight, which can be an uncomfortable process for many, and proceeds to say something in the regards of “oh I thought you would’ve been lower, you must carry your weight well”. I’ve currently been struggling with recent weight gain and I feel like those comments could be very damaging to someone, especially if they had an eating disorder. My family member had their own separate negative experience, but I didn’t think I would be treated in this way. Edit: I had given a second chance after speaking to the office manager and was treated respectfully the next time I came in. The issue had been addressed.

Dingmans Medical has the best Family team. My whole family goes to Dingmans Medical and loves Dr.Pathak. My son who is 3 loves to see all the providers but his favorite is Justin he's phenomenal and has exceptional bedside manner. My son was very scared for his first appointment, and the staff helped tremendously in easing his nerves with their family friendly demeanor. I would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! They are great. They are thorough, pleasant, personable. The staff is always smiling. They don't make you feel like a number, or just another person taking up an appointment slot. So happy to be a member of their practice.
